- I really like one of your images but it doesn't appear to be in the product I want. Can you help?
Not all of the images look as I would like when I viewed them on specific goods, therefore, I didn't make them available in that product. HOWEVER, if you want to contact me on hello@alternativeperspectives.scot we can discuss this further.
- Do I have to pay postage?
Yes, postage isn't included in the price. You can also choose to have standard delivery, or tracked delivery.
- I live in the Scottish Highlands and some carriers don't deliver here - do you?
YES! As I live in the Highlands I know from personal experiencing how frustrating this is, so when I was selecting a supplier this was one of the "must dos". Oh, and, there are no surcharges either (another bugbear of mine).
- How long does it take for things to arrive?
Before you purchase you are given an estimated delivery date. As a rule of thumb, I normally take the furthest away delivery date as the date by which I should have the product. Once you purchase a product the whole process is carried out by Redbubble - scheduling, production and distribution. If you want further details please check out the Redbubble Delivery Page.
- Do I have to pay import duties?
If you do get a bill for import duties and taxes please contact Redbubble who will normally arrange a refund.
